It sure is. I am the chief but this season I took to endurance running but going to return to tris next season and maybe balance both. If you are pure tri and would like to lead some tribal events let me know because I feel as if my focus is in between right now and someone with more focus on just tris may be what we need. Amy is an accomplished sports journalist from Buffalo and she will share her own persnal stories from triathlons and marathons. Her work is published in "Chicken Soup for the Soul: Runners" and she'll have it available. Check out the newsletter for more info and to sign up for Diva Night at Fleet Feet... it's coming up quick (Wednesday, Sept. 15) and is limited to 75 women. Guess I better email my RSVP now!

GOTRIbal will have a booth at the expo of the Irongirl and it will of course be the most rockin' booth there. If any of you would like to join us "behind the scenes" for even some of the expo, we (Tanya and I) would love to have you. The information about the expo date, time, and location are below. If you can join us, please email me the time frame that you can join. For those of you doing IG, I wish you all the best of luck in the race. I volunteered at the finish line last year and it was not only an amazing race but an experience I will never forget! Packet pick-up is at the expo so get your packet and then join us for a bit at the booth that everyone will be buzzing around :)
