Hi everyone My name is Alicia...I'm new to this site. I live in Greensboro NC. I'm training to do a 5k sometime soon and i'm interested in doing a MUD run. I know there's one in winston ( I think in June). I'm new to running b/c up until a year ago I didn't think I could, but I've found a passion for it and for all exercise (which has lead me to lose 71 pounds).

Hello,
I am a new member and live in the Virginia Beach area. I am currently on a contract in San Diego and have joined a tribe there for the time being. But, when I get back home I'd like to connect with this group. Is southeastern VA in your group? Are there any others from VA in this tribe?

Another name is Coach Outlet Store, the largest domestic retailer of gourmet cupcakes. As a result, many different retailers offering the consumer affordable air yeezy shoes have fared well since the end of the recession and are projecting nike air yeezy to be among the best years in recent memory. Ken Schapiro, President of Gucci Shoes Management, has identified a broad range of consumer-oriented companies that are poised to Gucci Men's Shoes. Coming out of the recent recession, yeezy shoes have become more selective than ever by focusing on certain factors when deciding where to spend their money. This surge is expected to not only be led by goods companies like Coach Handbags Factory and Steve Madden, but by dining companies like Coach Purses Mexican Grill and Gucci Outlet as well!

Hi Dawn!
You've definitely come to the right place! I know a few gals who've raced B2B HIM in Wilmington -- great feedback!
If you browse in the Forums here, you will find a wealth of knowledge, help, and encouragement...not to mention the sweet sisterhood. When I considered a HIM last year, there was a gal in the San Diego tribe (can't remember her name; was on the old GOTRIbal site) who was extremely helpful...was the best info I had researched or read.
Browse around. I'm sure you'll find everything you need. :)

Okay Carolina gals...it's that time of year again...the time where Setup events will open registration for some of the best races on the east coast. Please swing by Setup Events and check out their 2011 line up. The White Lake Half is extremely popular and sells out very quickly (registration opens on Jan. 2). It's such a popular race that it's covered over 2 weekends now, just in case you can't get in the first one. They also offer a sprint distance.
Also, the popular Iron Girl race series opened registration today. Local friends here & I usually race the Iron Girl Atlanta triathlon every year. However, they've changed the date for 2011 & pushed it two months ahead, FYI...
I'm still in the process of finalizing my race schedule, leaving room for flexibility. Hoping 2011 will be a better sports year than 2010, which was plagued with injuries for me. I'm rested and ready to get back into training...and in a new AG at that! Pipe in and share the races you plan to do in 2011.

We will probably relocate to Waynesville, NC. Want to be close to Asheville, but not actually living there. We have also researched Black Mountain, Hendersonville, Maggie Valley, Boone.
We've been vacationing in western NC for about 10 years. Also have family in Aiken, SC, which isn't very far from where we want to end up. So I'm very interested in triathlons/duathlons in SC & NC.

So glad to have you on board Lynn!!! I love the Asheville area! They have some great tris in that area. I'm in the southeastern part of NC, which is approx. 4-1/2 hrs. away from Asheville. There's some kind of mud run in that area that some girlfriends & I are driving up for. Once I get the info from her, I'll post on the tribe wall.
Welcome to NC & GOTRIbal! :)

Hello,
I currently live in south Florida. My husband and I want to relocate to western North Carolina within the next 3-4 years. I'm researching all the endurance sport opportunities in NC & SC. We've been vacationing in WNC for many years.
I'm originally from the Adirondack Mountains of New York state. I love western NC and want to get back to a mountain environment and a location that has an actual change of seasons. :)
I currently race in a variety of duathlons, time trials and running events. I am a freelance writer and founder and editor of the Bike Diva, Run Diva and Sports Nutrition Diva blogs.
Take care,
Lynn Smythe
