Hey hey ladies!
Here's the scoop dee loop:
I have heard from a young woman in Washington about her interest in coming to
our Conference.
She is a passionate and lovely 13 year old! (After one race, she wore her
GOTRIbal tech tee to school and challenged her female teachers to do a
triathlon!)
I promised her father she would be well-taken care of with us during the
conference! (So, yes, he would have to leave her with us - he couldn't roam
around the event. :-) )
*Point being?*
More young women should learn about our GOTRIbal Conference in October!
So I'm reaching out to YOU and some of our other members for help. Let's talk
to our friends who:
1. Are teachers
2. Are involved in the Girl Scouts
3. Work with summer camps, especially those that focus on sports like
running, swimming, cycling, rowing or ....?
4. Play an integral role with young women's involvement in sport around the
county (Coaches, Athletic Directors at Universities/Colleges)
