Race Day Breakfast - need ideas?

Good morning ladies!  

My tried and true race day breakfast is not working for me anymore.  I used to do the bagel, peanut butter, and banana, but as I moved to a low gluten lifestyle I did wrap, peanut butter, and banana.  What is causing the issue is not the wrap/bagel or banana, it is the peanut butter.  It just sits in my stomach like a lump and causes distress on an already nervous stomach.  I tried switching to almond butter but that had the same effect on my stomach as well.  

I would love to get some ideas on race day breakfasts so I can try some stuff out before my Oly Tri in two weeks.
