where 2 get clipless mtn biking shoes?

I am in the market for some clipless shoes, I want a mtn biking style but without the laces...i can not hardly find any shoes available, well at least my size (US 8 womens) and preferably $50-100ish..does anyone have any sites you recommend? or brands?  i'm in NC so if anyone knows of bike shops in this area that could help too.  Thanks!

I thought I answered this earlier... My first bike shoes were Mtn Bike shoes. They have 3 velcro straps, SPD system, and were about $100. I just go them at my local bike shop. I don't think they are special or anything so I bet you could find them locally to you. They look something like this: http://www.rei.com/product/783236?preferredSku=7832360080&cm_mmc=cse_fro... But they are woman's shoes, not mens.
