Anyone who cared to listen to the weather man in Louisville this last weekend just shook their head. Some might've wept when news spread to the IM race organizers .... they pulled wetsuits from teh 2.4 m swim -- bath water conditions mandated it.

Despite that though, Kebby H. kicked some serious BOOO-TAY (qualifying for Kona - again)As did Laura S. by rockin the toughest mental swim ever.... and then using some serious physical strength to blast through a bike and hot (and that's putting it mildly) marathon.

KUDOS LADIES!

Both juggle work and personal demands that have kept them busier than an east-facing donkey goin west.

Well done and thank you both for being an inspiration to us!

A powerful share, I just given this onto a colleague who was doing a little bit analysis on this. And he in reality bought me breakfast because I found it for him.. smile. So let me reword that: Thnx for the deal with! But yeah Thnkx for spending the time to debate this, I feel strongly about it and love studying extra on this topic.
