For you, if you know that social networks have not even hit the tip of the iceberg in terms of their capabilities and services.
 
Responsibilities
You would be responsible for deveoping, creating and designing.
Using critical thinking and your curiosity to unravel issues people didn't think they had, and then designinig solutions for them.
Online, networked, scalable and sellable solutions.
For an audience that loves to buy, loves to play, and is healthier than your average dude.

And a willingness, and adeptness, to learn fast, apply new knowledge faster so we can keep people connected and empowered through our tools.
*Must be willing to create, ship, re-create and ship again.

- Have a portfolio of products or tools you've built from scratch, (and people paid to use them), let's see it.

-   Care so intimately about your reputation as a knowledgeable and smartypants engineer that you offer your advice and opinions on specific industry boards, we want access to them.

-  Have been told you should start your own company with the number of ideas you constantly come up with, then we want to talk with you. (Esp if you HAVE started your own company!).
