Day 5 of the Rx'd diet an boy-oh-boy the carbs are kicking in! Energy levels have been good. I made sure to pack food (and not rely on hunting for a healthy food outlet - unlikely in uni!) yesterday that would keep me going until the PM swim session.
Felt the energy even more this AM's computrainer session. The task at hand was 4 min seated hill repeats, each time a little steeper. Smashed it :)
With 3 weeks to go (gulp!) to the sprintman, the only checkbox (well probably not the only one) is getting my transition skills up to par.
Time to source out some good transition tips...
