Our family flew to Florida recently for some good family time and a visit with both sets of grandparents. We spent a lot of time in the pool and walking the loop around my parents' condo association.
It's such a treat to be outside and enjoy the warm Florida weather--we're from Wisconsin--it's cold back home!
I packed my TRX and was excited to use it outside my parents' garage door--totally sweet setup. I also packed a mini-band ($2) from performbetter.com. Bands are awesome, affordable and travel well.
