Getting over the week 'hump' is an accomplishment by itself I say!
When Thursday's AM computrainer session rolled in, i knew i deserved a pat on the back. Training - check. Nutrition -check. Other commitments - check (pretty much there..kinda).
It still amazes me the amount of discipline put in by triathles into the sport. I see it in every training session I rock up to. Pure dedication to a sport they do whilst keeping up with full time work/uni/family life. I even mentioned it to the coach "discpline is the name of this game".
No more whinging from me about my sore hammies! (although this might be a good time to look for compression socks...)
